Duane Eddy to play at Hippodrome
Wednesday 21st March 2012Legendary guitarist Duane Eddy is to play at Great Yarmouth’s Hippodrome Circus as part of the Norfolk and Norwich Festival.
The 74 year old Grammy Award-winning American guitarist will play all his smash worldwide hits from the Sixties, such as Rebel Rouser and Because We’re Young, but there will also be a selection of work from his latest album, Road Trip.
Eddy enjoyed more than 30 charting singles and over 25 albums, selling in excess of 100 million records.
Supporting him at Yarmouth on Saturday May 19th will be is songstress Nell Bryden, from Brooklyn, reflecting the country spirit of America in her soul, and the great American songbook in her head.
