New Speed Cameras
Thursday 18th December 2003Two new speed cameras are to be installed at known accident blackspots in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area. One will be placed on the A12 near to the James Paget Hospital, a 40mph 4-lane carraigeway leading into Gorleston where overspeeding is a regular occurence.
The other camera will be on the A47 near the staggered Burlingham crossroads, a notorious junction where turning sugarbeet lorries have long been a source of confusion for the unwary motorist.
