Rangers' clean-up success
Great Yarmouth's environmental rangers are being hailed for their massive level of achievement. The scheme is being credited with bringing big improvements to the borough, tackling litter, dog fouling and fly-tipping. Environmental policy manager Mark Smith described the trio of rangers as a fourth emergency service.
