Clampdown on dirty dogs
Dirty dog owners who allow their animals to foul Great Yarmouth's beaches are to be targeted in a CCTV crackdown. Tourism chiefs aim to hit offenders with £50 fines - or a court appearance and a possible larger penalty of up to £1000. They fear people who allow their dogs to foul the beach could help drive visitors away.
