Southwold sea defence plan
Friday 15th April 2005Southwold people are hoping the Government quickly approves a multi-million pound sea defences plan designed to protect property and wildlife. Waveney Council and the Environment Agency are proposing a £6.58million scheme to install new rock and timber groynes, and to spread new material to replace much of the beach that has been washed away in recent years.
