Filming for new movie under way
Cameras have started shooting scenes in a Great Yarmouth warehouse for a new movie called Cuckoo, starring Richard E Grant.
The crew and actors are in town until the new year filming at the South Denes warehouse and at Yarmouth’s Hippodrome Circus.
Cuckoo is a psychological thriller, also starring Laura Fraser and Tamsin Greig, about a medical student who fears a conspiracy against her.
Norwich-based writer and director Richard Bracewell said there were many local people involved in the film and it was also quieter to shoot around three-quarters of the scenes in Yarmouth.
Cuckoo is Mr Bracewell's second movie and due for cinema release late next year.
